POSTPONEMENT – Government enforced
- We offer free postponements within 12mths IF the Australian Government restrictions directly affect the couple getting married (not guests).
- Your deposit will transfer to a new date within 12mths. All vendors must be available. All original contract terms apply ie: Mon – Thurs bookings only.
- There is *no* time limit as we understand Government restrictions can happen at anytime.
POSTPONEMENT – By Choice
- If you choose to postpone normal contractual agreements apply.
- We require our “Postponement or Cancellation” contract to be signed to release you from your contract with the Sweet Meadows team.
- You will lose your deposit.
- To secure a new wedding date a new booking will be required with a new $500 retainer to secure your elopement.
- We require a minimum of 6 weeks notice (42 x days) or you will be liable for the full invoice amount.
Cancellations
- Normal contractual agreements apply.
- Strictly non-refundable retainers.
- If you choose to cancel without giving at 6 weeks (42 x days) notice you are liable for the full invoice amount.
